Heart Kids aim to support the over 72,000 Australian children, teens, and adults affected by congenital or childhood-acquired heart disease (CHD), and their families. Their purpose is to help every child, teenager, and adult in Australia with CHD have a fighting chance to live a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.
