Tell us a bit about your role.
My role at GCA is Warehouse Assistant, a position I have had since November 2020.
What motivated you to join Golf Cars Australia and how has your journey been so far?
I received an opportunity to work for Golf Cars Australia after I graduated High School. My journey here has been rewarding I’ve learnt a lot, and met many new people.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced and how did you overcome it?
The biggest challenge I’ve had to face at GCA was looking after the wash bay for a period predominantly by myself. From making sure it was always clean at the end of the week to having each golf cart detailed and spotless was a huge responsibility for me.
I overcame this by staying focused on the task, managing my time effectively, and being precise with each cart to get as much done as possible by the end of the day.
What are you reading, watching, or listening to at the moment?
I am currently watching the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). For the longest time I was very hesitant to watch superhero movies, and after pressure from my friends, I caved in. I grew to love them for their deep stories and likeable and relatable characters.
If you could travel to one place in the world, where would it be and why?
One place I would love to travel to is Japan, because the culture is so different than Australia’s. I’d love to see all the tourist attractions, their means of transportation and the unique cuisine they have over there.
